Do you ever have those days where you get super uncreative and lazy and can't even muster up enough energy to put a piece of chicken in the George Foreman? Hi. That's me right now.
Cereal has been a staple in my day to day meals. Pretty sure that's just about as boring as you can get. Although I must say, the mix I came up with is pretty delicious! Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toast Oats, Kashi Blueberry Clusters, and Quaker Oatmeal Squares. With a splash of Trader Joe's Light Vanilla Soy Milk, it's "mmm mmm good"!
But I realize that I can't live off of cereal forever so it's time to start mixin' it up! For breakfast I made an spinach, egg white, and cheese sandwich. I used a Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb Cheese Wedge which made it delicious and creamy! These little guys are only 30 calories and totally awesome! They're great to spread on bagels or sandwich thins with locks. I kept the spinach raw and fresh to give the sandwich a little crunch. Worked out pretty nicely!

I'm looking for some inspiration in my cooking. I guess I'll have to scope out some ideas from other blogs. Feel free to make suggestions! Now that I've been diagnosed with Meniere's Disease, I'm only supposed to have 1-2 grams of sodium a day which makes cooking yummy food a whole lot harder. Limiting the use of my Trader Joe's Soyaki is getting the best of me!
The ocean looked silver against the orange sky as I was leaving school today. I wish I could have taken a picture but I don't think my cell phone could have done it justice. This other picture will have to do!
